Catalyst

I created this painting as an exploration of momentum and awakening. The bold interplay of electric yellow and deep blue reflects the constant push and pull between clarity and uncertainty, light and depth. Each mark is intentional yet instinctive, layered to suggest movement, interruption, and renewal. The geometric outlines act as moments of pause—structures attempting to contain energy that ultimately refuses to be restrained.

As I worked, I allowed the paint to guide me, building texture and contrast until the surface began to feel alive with motion. This piece is about ignition—the instant when an idea, emotion, or change becomes impossible to ignore. Catalyst captures that charged moment when everything shifts and forward motion becomes inevitable.
