With Floating Dreams, I wanted to capture the suspension of reality that occurs when the mind drifts between states of consciousness. The deep blue palette acts as a foundation, pulling the viewer into a space that feels both vast and intimate, while the swirling, energetic textures represent the fluid, non-linear nature of memory and imagination.
In this piece, I experimented with the tension between order and chaos—where structured layers meet spontaneous, sweeping brushstrokes—to mirror the way our internal narratives often fragment and reform. My intent was not to create a representational image, but to provide a visual frequency that resonates with the viewer’s own moments of quiet, drifting introspection.
