With Intel Inside, a 9×12 inch oil on paper painting, I wanted to explore the intersection of digital core processing, hidden architecture, and mechanical depth. Through this painting, I sought to capture a sense of technological logic hidden beneath layers of dark complexity, utilizing precise palette knife scrapes, rich impasto layering, and a striking luminous focal point.
Created as an original oil on paper painting measuring 9×12 inches, the piece features a deeply atmospheric field of dark blues and rich violet-purples framing a tilted, brilliant white and diamond-scraped rectangular core at the center. I applied heavy, directional palette knife strokes and scraping techniques to give the oil medium a structured, tactile intensity that echoes both microchip geometry and vast digital space.
